If you are currently in Business Recovery, Audit or Business Services within a CA environment, and considering a move to Corporate Finance – then this is an outstanding opportunity. You may also have a mix of Chartered Accountancy, and Banking experience.
You will be an integral member of the team and you would be involved in most of the transaction flow. Additionally you will get to see the deal from start to finish.
There is significant client interaction and so you will have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Most of the transactions would involve ‘Mid Market’ clients, i.e. turnovers of circa NZD20M to NZD100M.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results orientated person with excellent analytical and people skills. Training will be given to candidates with the right attitude and a real desire to make the transition into Corporate Finance.
