Our client has a global presence and a team of committed Corporate Finance professionals. Due to internal promotion and overseas placement our client seeks to hire an Manager or Senior Manager into their M&A team, which forms part of the wider Corporate Finance practice.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
The ideal person could come from a Big 4 or similar or you may have worked in a major bank or financial institution and have well honed analytical and modelling skills and wish to make the transition into Corporate Finance Advisory.
We seek an excellent communicator and a strong team player who really thrives in an analytical and number crunching position who can provide support to the origination and deal execution team.
Ideally you will be studying towards a CA or CFA qualification and you are highly motivated with a strong interest in Corporate Finance.
