Our client is one of New Zealand’s leading fund managers with a reputation of providing superior service to their clients. They are looking to appoint a new Client Services Administrator to be responsible for a range of duties that include:

Dealing with investor enquiries and instructions via telephone and email

KiwiSaver: dealing with applications, transfers and withdrawals

Provide exceptional customer service to their valued clients

Assist in producing internal reports, so strong Excel skills required.
You will be a capable professional with excellent people skills and a superb phone manner. The role is full of variety and activity and will suit an energetic, outgoing person who can take ownership and responsibility for getting things done.
The successful candidate will ideally have a tertiary qualification, be strong on Word and Excel and have good administration skills and a willingness to succeed.
