Although there is a preference for this role to be based in Invercargill, realistically you could be based in Dunedin or nearby.
Your experience in managing large, complex corporate/commercial Agri relationships is key. Typical deal sizes would be in the $15m - $20m plus range and your territory would be lower South Island including Southland and Otago.
Leadership experience is preferred and you will be required to work closely with the corporate and commercial Agri Managers to develop new business, as well as providing leadership and mentoring to the Relationship Managers and Analysts.
You will be required to collaborate across different regions and parts of the bank. You will also be responsible for the strategy of the corporate / agri business and to support growth of the more complex deals and work with the team to drive and execute transactions.
Travel is part and parcel of the role. A very attractive remuneration package including a car will be offered to attract candidates of the highest calibre.
