With a particular emphasis on valuations your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Valuations, due diligence and financial modelling
- Independent Accountant Reviews
- M&A advice
- Equity Raising Debt Finance
The ideal person could be in a Corporate Finance, Audit, Transaction Services or a BAS team within a Big 4 or mid tier Chartered Accounting environment.
It is expected that the successful candidate will display strong analytical and Excel modelling skills and wish to make the transition into Corporate Finance. You are likely to be wanting to transition from BAS or Audit as you are looking for that extra challenge.
Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to work with the team to provide support to other key areas within the organisation.
Ideally you will be studying towards a CA or possibly a CFA qualification with a strong interest in Corporate Finance.
