Instantly recognisable name in Investment Banking, seeks to appoint an Associate to VP to their prominent Auckland business. This is a business that has been involved in many of the markets most significant privatisation, M&A and ECM / DCM issuances.
You will be actively involved in:

Advisory to public and private sector clients on a wide range of capital, structural and strategic issues

Performing broad business and financial analysis, transaction due diligence and deal structuring

Preparation of client tenders, pitch books and investment / deal memorandums
-
Active involvement in the presentation of such information to senior management and executive teams (internal and external)
The successful candidate you will demonstrate 4 – 6 years previous experience in IB or Management Consulting. You may also be part of a CA’s Corporate Finance practice or working in a boutique Corporate Advisory. A straight ‘A’ academic record, balanced with strong sporting achievements and extracurricular activities are key. You will be confident in the company of senior business figures and possess exceptional communication skills.
