Working in close proximity to the CFO and Exec team of this prominent organisation, you will be providing support and insight into key decision making processes affecting budget allocation, reporting and RFP appraisals. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with scope for extension.
The team is seeking an additional Analyst to support the Planning team. It is imperative you have advanced expertise in MS Excel. GIS expertise would also be preferable but not essential. The role is dominated by financial analysis. Over 70% of the role requires involves monthly reporting, problem solving, scenario analysis, valuation and bidder evaluations. An additional 20% to 25% of the role involves database or GIS analysis. The remaining 5-10% involves liaison with key stakeholders. The analysis is used to support senior management advice to both the Board and external stakeholders.
Qualified in Economics, Finance or Commerce, you will have between two and five years post graduate experience developing the competencies noted above. You have a passion for problem solving, a “can do attitude” and enjoy working in a small team environment.
