The role
- Currently including circa 30 medium enterprise clients
- Deal parameters are $150k to $3m
- Client turnover is $1m to $10m
- Commercial and residential property backed deals
- GSA lending/Cashflow lending
About you
- You can see this opportunity for what it is
- Clients want to do business with you, and you’ll need be able to demonstrate your technical capability
- Go out and meet the clients in person
- You’ll be comfortable in taking clients off the other banks
- Clearly you’ve had previous business/commercial banking experience.
