Opportunities in New Zealand to join the Private Equity sector are few and far between. Our client takes a long term, often ‘active’ position in their investment companies. The Board of Directors' experience could be deemed intimidating by some.
With increased market activity and investment opportunities our client requires an experienced Analyst who displays:

Excellent research, presentation and communication skills

Strong DCF modelling and report writing capability

Prior exposure to Due Diligence processes
-
Hands on and practical approach and a team player
-
The ability to credibly engage with investee companies

Self starter with plenty of energy, initiative and enthusiasm
You will have several years experience in Corporate Finance or CA Advisory environment. Alternatively you may have worked in the Banking and Financial Service practice of a law firm. You will have strong academics and demonstrate excellent research, valuation and report writing skills. Equally as important is your ability to build strong, commercial relationships.
