Our client has a global presence and a team of committed Corporate Finance professionals. Due to continued deal flow our client seeks to hire a Manager into their M&A team, which forms part of the wider Corporate Finance practice.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Valuations, due diligence and financial modelling
- Public and private company valuations
- Detailed industry research
- Report writing
- General M&A/corporate finance activities
You will need to have well honed analytical and modelling skills.
We seek an excellent communicator and a strong team player who can provide support to the origination team and assist with deal execution.
Ideally you could be studying towards a CFA qualification and you are highly motivated with a strong interest in Corporate Finance/M&A.
